We are a part of Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB), which in turn is part of the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System (ICS). This was officially formed on 1 July 2022 and replaced the previous Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
The Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board are responsible for planning and buying local health services. This process is known as commissioning. They serve the population of Norfolk and Waveney with a budget for healthcare of £2.0 billion. The ICB work with the ICS, patients, healthcare professionals, local communities and councils to make sure the right services are in place.
