Prescriptions

You can use SystmOnline to

– Request repeat medication
– Request a medication synchronisation
– Ask a general medication question

Repeat medication can be ordered in the following ways:

• Using eConsult
• Your local pharmacy.
• By post – Enclosing a S.A.E. Please allow 7 days from date of posting.
• By hand at the surgery, using your repeat medication tear off slip, attached to the prescription.

On receipt of your prescription request at the Practice, please allow two working days before collecting your prescription from your chosen surgery.

Pharmacy collection

Please allow five working days to enable the pharmacy to be able to process your request and the surgery to action. Your prescription will automatically be returned to your chosen pharmacy for collection.

Please note: Our prescription service will take longer over bank holiday periods.

Urgent prescription requests

Any prescription requested the same day, will not be issued the same day and will come within the practice 48 hour rule.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time for your prescription to be processed.
