‘Did Not Attend’ Appointments – November 2025

During November, 209 appointments were not attended. This equates to roughly 35 hours of clinical time lost, which could have been used by somebody else that needed an appointment.

If you no longer need your appointment, or you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, so that your appointment can be used by somebody else. This is even more important at this time of year.

There are multiple ways to cancel your appointment. You can cancel by pressing the button on your Appointment Reminder text message, or you can call the surgery on 01603 701833 and select Option 2 which connects to our appointment line.
