2024 has been a year of transition at Thorpewood, as we welcomed our new Practice Manager, Karen, and have implemented a number of changes, including a new telephone system and improvements to our appointment system.

These changes are based on valued feedback from you, our patients, aiming to improve your experience when contacting the surgery.

As we move in to 2025, we will continue to listen, and make changes to move forward and improve our service further.
