New Telephone System

We are pleased to announce that Thorpewood Medical Group is introducing a new telephone system to provide better patient access.

Features include a callback system.
If there are more than 5 callers in the queue, you will be offered the option to press ‘8’ to receive a callback. This means you will not need to wait in the call queue, and your position will be saved. When you reach number 1 in the call queue, you will receive your callback. Should you miss this call, the system will try to connect to you twice more. Our surgery telephone number will be displayed when we call you.

The system will go live on the afternoon of Thursday 23rd May.

Please be aware that there may be some disruption caused during installation, between 11am and 2pm on the 23rd May.
