GP Survey Results

Regarding the recent GP Survey results, which were printed in the EDP this morning, we are bitterly disappointed to find ourselves at the bottom of the table.

This survey was carried out in January 2023 before the Surgery had a restructure of staff and new management.

We have since been working extremely hard to meet the expectations of our patients. Whilst we recognise that we cannot fulfil every request, all members of the administrative and clinical teams are trying their best to deal with the needs of our patients.

We hope that the recent changes will be reflected in next year’s survey, and we thank you for your continued support.

Please also note that we welcome all feedback directly to the Surgery.
