Message from the ICB

Thorpewood have received the following message from the Chief Executive Officer, NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB):

Due to significant pressures on our health and care system, the ICB have formally declared a Critical Incident, Level 2 across the Norfolk and Waveney health and care system.

Declaring a critical incident means we are able to focus all health resources on those patients most in need. This also communicates the pressures we are under to you, our patients, and health system partners who can provide support.

Please be mindful when contacting us, that the Clinicians will make the decision as to whom is seen/called and the timescale in which this happens.
